Allergic Pink Eye Symptoms

Watery eyes, burning, itching, sneezing often and much runny nose are some of the symptoms related to this condition. This is an allergy type known as 'hay fever' to the station.

• The redness and swelling of the eyes and eyelids.
• Increased secretion, which can make us raise our eyelids stuck together.
• Itchy eyes.
• Tearing.
• Difficulty moving the eyes.

When you have allergies, the resistance of your body responds and produces powerful chemicals such as histamine, which can be considered as primarily in charge for the burning, watery eyes and other symptoms of allergic reactions.

The most important symptom is the eye itching. Additionally to this, the individual may experience burning and rosiness of the eyes as well as an excessive tearing. The symptoms that usually are not associated with allergic pink eye condition include severe pain, discharge of infected material and decreased vision.
